Whether you want a destination wedding in Italy, an intimate wedding in the garden of your parents or an extravagant celebration with your loved ones – as wedding planner we will be by your side every step of the way to your signature wedding making the process as joyful and stress-free as possible!

Planning a wedding is a process where we work in close collaboration to make your dreams come true and try to exceed your expectations. We are trustfully at your side every step of the way, so that you can enjoy the planning and keep it as a joyful, creative, fun and as a connecting journey in your memories. We ensure that your wedding is coordinated seamlessly, designed thoughtfully and executed effortlessly and therefore we want to connect with you and get to know you better to create an authentic, unique and elegant wedding for you – your signature wedding!
We primarily offer a full service wedding planning, a “getting started” package and location scouting. Nonetheless, our goal is to support you to create your dream wedding and if you decided to organise it yourself but one or two steps are missing along the way we are happy to help you finding & managing e.g. your vendors or coordinating your celebrations so you can enjoy and connect with your loved ones on your wedding day(s).
FULL SERVICE
We want you to enjoy this journey and we understand what it means to create your signature wedding. This package covers everything from location scouting, vendor management & design concept to stationary, guest management and event coordination. We will think of every detail, craft new ideas and take the stress out of the planning – we only need a little help from you, because everything is based on your dreams & wishes.

GETTING STARTED
Getting started is often the most difficult thing. To support you in making the first steps in this beautiful journey we are offering a “getting started package” where we sit together for 2 hours structuring your thoughts, ideas & dreams, putting them into a first design concept and creating a roadmap and timeline for your planning. We will also give you some checklists as well as Do’s & Don’ts giving you a kickstart to create your signature wedding.

LOCATION SCOUTING
Finding a location that fits your needs can be difficult. After our get-to-know- meeting we will sit together for 1-2h making sure we understand exactly what you want for your celebration. Afterwards we will scout locations that fit your unique style & personality and create an exposé from which you can choose your 3-5 favourites. We will visit your favourite locations and decide for the one that will make your celebration to your signature wedding.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR FULL SERVICE?
Your dream location
Scouting and listing of potential locations in an expose from which you can choose your favorites. If you want to visit your favorite locations (national & international) we organize the viewings – with or without us, up to you (travel expenses will be charged extra and are not included in the price).
Your design concept
We create an individual design concept starting with a workshop to decide on colors, design, decorations and all other wishes regarding the look & feel of your wedding. We will finalise it and create an expose with moodboards for each vendor, ensuring a common understanding.
Vendor acquisition & communication
Using our network, we have access to exclusive vendors. Based on the design concept we created together we will request offerings from suitable vendors and we will manage the communication, organization & coordination of the agreed vendors until the day of your wedding.
Time schedule & logistical setup
Conception of a (time) schedule in consultation with all involved vendors and stakeholders – both for the set-up on the day before and the execution of your wedding day(s), ensuring the adherence of your design concept.
Budget planning & tracking
We prepare an individual and structured overview of your budget and costs incl. regular updates and communication of bundled information (e.g., vendor offerings, changes etc.) as well as coordination and monitoring of costs.
Event coordination
We want you and your loved ones to fully enjoy your wedding. We manage & coordinate all vendors and do final touches and to do’s. We’ll have your back and are ready for any eventuality, ensuring a smooth and joyful celebration.

Getting to know each other
During a free initial meeting, we get to know each other better and see if the chemistry is right so that we can then work together as a team. You tell us about your love story and your dreams & ideas for your wedding. We will then provide you with advice and together we will find a suitable planning package!

Planning phase
Once we have found a suitable package for you and the contract is signed, we enter the planning phase. We start with a joint workshop to define a general concept incl. budget & timeline and then we start looking for a suitable location and service providers. We will always keep an eye on your budget (together).

Design & details
For many couples this is the most beautiful part – the look & feel of the wedding. We work with you to create a mood board and based on this we create an individual design concept. During the detailed planning we will have meetings to coordinate e.g., choice of flowers. In the meantime you can follow the progress online.

Your wedding day
Your day (or weekend) has come and you should enjoy it to the fullest with family and friends. We are there for you and coordinate and manage everything that arises on the day(s) and ensure a smooth flow. We are discreetly in the background, but are present for you and your guests for any request you may have!

Proposal Service
You want to plan the moment your partner will never forget? But you don’t know where to start? Whether you need some inspiration & guidance (1h workshop) or you want us to plan THE moment, just contact us and we will have a first meeting talking about your ideas before we start planning your proposal – always in close alignment with you.
Engagement Party
You just got engaged and want to celebrate it with family and friends? But you don’t have time for or don’t know where to start organizing? Whether it is a dinner, garden or boat party, we got you covered – just contact us and we will support you in organizing your engagement party. We offer a 1h inspiration workshop or full service organization – that is up to you!
Bachelor*ette Party
You have chosen your best man or maid of honor but you want them to enjoy the bachelor*ette party with you instead of them thinking about organizations? Just contact us and we will discuss your (activity & location) wishes together with your best man/ maid of honor – so you still have the surprise trip/ day(s) you wish for with your closest friends.
Stationary
You have a specific design in you mind? Or you have no idea at all? You don’t want another vendor to communicate with? We offer a 1h workshop to discuss your ideas and Marie will visualize them afterwards and crafting your stationary based on the design concept we created together. This can also be included in your bachelor*ette party as one activity.
